Cozy & courageous Holidays; A Workshop

Creative tools for a joyful, grounded holiday season

The holidays can be beautiful, and also...a lot. Family stress, overstimulation, perfectionism, and the ache of missing loved ones can leave us feeling more tense than joyful.

This 2.5-hour workshop is a chance to slow down, sip cocoa, and prepare for the season in a grounded, creative, and connected way. You’ll be guided by Grit Therapy’s founder and clinical director, Jane Thatcher Hahn, who blends warmth, clinical skill, humor, and creativity to make this space feel both meaningful and light.

We’ll combine evidence-based practices with festive creativity to help you approach the holidays with more ease, intention, and heart.

  • A calmer, more intentional approach to the holidays

Sharing is welcome but ALWAYS optional.

Why Join Us

Preparing for holiday stress doesn’t take the magic away—it actually makes more room for it.

Acknowledging what’s real (including loss, exhaustion, or family chaos) allows for a holiday that’s more joyful, connected, and light.

Come as you are.

Leave grounded, inspired, and ready to meet the season with heart.
