Cozy & courageous Holidays; A Workshop
Creative tools for a joyful, grounded holiday season
The holidays can be beautiful, and also...a lot. Family stress, overstimulation, perfectionism, and the ache of missing loved ones can leave us feeling more tense than joyful.

This 2.5-hour workshop is a chance to slow down, sip cocoa, and prepare for the season in a grounded, creative, and connected way. You’ll be guided by Grit Therapy’s founder and clinical director, Jane Thatcher Hahn, who blends warmth, clinical skill, humor, and creativity to make this space feel both meaningful and light.

We’ll combine evidence-based practices with festive creativity to help you approach the holidays with more ease, intention, and heart.

You’ll Walk Away With:
-
Concrete tools for managing holiday anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression, and/or grief
-
Creative rituals and personalized plans you can actually use at home
-
New ways to honor loss or absence that make space for deeper connection and joy
-
A calmer, more intentional approach to the holidays
Sharing is welcome but ALWAYS optional.
