Each session will begin with a 30-minute intentional hike/trail run. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their body and move at their own pace.  We will meet at a designated spot after which we will stretch and engage in a simple and grounding yoga flow. Once everyone is feeling settled, our therapist and group facilitator, Carly, will lead a 45-minute discussion and processing session designed to educate, connect, reset, and empower. Sessions will conclude with a 30-minute hike/trail run out intended for reflection and self-insight.
